LMU has a long history of getting into the holiday spirit! We would like to invite you and your family to campus to partake in some of our favorite holiday traditions.

Gala Christmas Concerts

Sacred Heart Chapel
For music and holiday lovers alike! Start the Christmas season with the LMU Choruses as they present Conrad Susa’s Carols and Lullabies: Christmas in the Southwest and Shawn Kirchner’s Behold New Joy: Ancient Carols of Christmas. To purchase tickets, visit lmucfa.com.
Christmas Tree Lighting
Friday, December 4 | 6:00pm
Regents Terrace
It’s one of LMU’s grandest traditions – just before the start of final exams, students and community members gather on Regents Terrace amidst a “snow” storm, and celebrate togetherness at the annual Christmas tree lighting ceremony. Community Relations will host a table complete with hot chocolate, gingerbread men decorating, and a stock of holiday mugs set aside specifically for neighbors. There will also be additional crafts and activities for children, so bring your families and friends and stop by!
